2 frozen bananas
1 fresh kiwi, skin removed
1 cup / 250ml water

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2 large handfuls spinach
1 cup / 250ml milk of your choice or water
1 cup / 150g sliced peaches
1/2 orange, peeled
Add all the ingredients, and blend until smooth.
3: VANILLA LIME GREEN SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup / 120ml plain or Greek yogurt, full fat (low-fat options are heavily processed and have artificial additives)
2 large handfuls spinach leaves
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 banana, frozen
2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup / 120ml milk of your choice, or water
Add all the ingredients, and blend until smooth.
4: AVOCADO BANANA GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 banana, frozen
1/2 medium avocado
1 handful of spinach
1/2 chopped cucumber (peeled)
1/2 cup / 120ml milk of your choice, or water
1 Tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
