TropiKale Smoothie
¾ cup / 180 ml coconut milk or cream
1 banana
½ cup / 90 g pineapple
½ cup / 90 g mango
1 cup / 65 g kale
½ tsp ginger, freshly grated
Vanilla-vocado Smoothie
¾ cup / 180 ml cashew nut milk or cream
1 cup / 65 g greens
½ avocado
1 banana
1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Citrus Green
¾ cup / 180 ml orange juice
1 cup / 65 g baby spinach
2 clementines, peeled
½ avocado
Peachy Green Tea Smoothie
1 cup / 240 ml coconut milk
1 cup / 65 g greens

I like being able to see them being made!
I’m a great fan of using ingredients that help to disguise the flavor of kale, it’s quite strong. But spinach is very, very mild, you really don’t need to disguise it!
